Debunking Economics II Launch, UCL October 4th

Flattr this!

The second edition of Debunking Economics will be launched at the University College London on October 4th, from 6–8pm.

The address is University College London, Gower St, WC1E 6BT London:

The venue is the Gustave Tuck lecture theatre in the Wilkins Building (navigation instructions here).

If you are going to attend, please post a comment here. At a later stage, I may be able to link to a bookings page (attendance is free–this will just be to keep track of numbers), but for now this is the best way to let the organisers know how many people to expect.

I’ll give a presentation, and there will be other speakers–I’ll provide more details as they come to hand. Of course I’ll be available to sign copies purchased on the night.  If you’ll be in London that day, I hope that you can make it.

I’ll also be in New York on September 23rd, and in London from October 3rd till October 8th. There are tentative plans for talks at Oxford University, but otherwise my schedule is currently open. If you’d like to organise something, get in touch.

About Steve Keen

I am Professor of Economics and Head of Economics, History and Politics at Kingston University London, and a long time critic of conventional economic thought. As well as attacking mainstream thought in Debunking Economics, I am also developing an alternative dynamic approach to economic modelling. The key issue I am tackling here is the prospect for a debt-deflation on the back of the enormous private debts accumulated globally, and our very low rate of inflation.
