The podcasts should now be functional. The problem was simple but obscure: my server runs Linux, which is case sensitive, and the file names were all in lowercase, but specified with initial capitals in the XML and HTML files.
I’ve successfully downloaded and played them from the HTML. I would appreciate someone trying the subcribe/iTunes update and seeing whether they are now correct there too.

For those who have already downloaded Podcast 4, 5 & 6, iTunes will not be able to ‘see’ that the files have changed.
So, you will have to delete that podcast and re-subscribe it again in order to download the latest and correct files.

Podcasts download fine. Just listened to number 1. I am concerned about your view of the wonders of inflation during a depression. You mention that “to be sensible we should _cause_ inflation” (emphasis mine). Why would we want the policy makers to cause inflation? How would they do that?
